    •    Your contacts (to detect duplicates and incomplete contacts)
This access is used only to provide app functionality.
Your data:
    •    Never leaves your device
    •    Is never uploaded to servers
    •    Is never shared with anyone
You can manage or revoke permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

3. User-Controlled Actions

ClearNest does not perform automatic deletions or changes.
All actions such as:
    •    Deleting photos or videos
    •    Merging or removing contacts
are:
    •    Initiated by you
    •    Shown with previews
    •    Confirmed explicitly
ClearNest cannot modify your data without your approval.

4. Widgets & Charging Animation

Widgets and charging animations:
    •    Run entirely on-device
    •    Do not collect or transmit any data
    •    Use system-provided information only

5. No Third-Party Services
ClearNest:
    •    Does not use third-party SDKs or libraries
    •    Does not include advertisements
    •    Does not use analytics or tracking tools
No data is shared with external services.

6. Data Storage

ClearNest does not store your personal data outside your device.
Any temporary data used for app functionality:
    •    Exists only in memory
    •    Is cleared when the app is closed or removed

7. Children’s Privacy

ClearNest is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy
